Focusing On You

  • Through nine private sessions over twelve weeks, we’ll explore your emotions in real time, helping you listen to what each feeling is truly saying. This client-led approach lets you take charge of your healing while I guide you in unraveling your emotional landscape, offering gentle support as you transform how you relate to yourself.

  • With access to a somatic resource library, you’ll find tools to practice and strengthen your connection to self between sessions. These resources—somatic embodiment yoga, breathwork, body scans, and more—will help you stay connected to your body’s wisdom, allowing emotions to move through you naturally so that you can live with ease, self-assurance, and balance.

  • As you process emotions between sessions, I’m here to support you via email. You’ll have the freedom to reach out if a question or insight arises, and I’ll be here to guide you. I’ll encourage you to tune in first, but I’m here to respond and celebrate each small win as you learn to trust your body’s wisdom.

  • We’ll have a follow-up session 1–3 months after our time together to revisit your growth, offering you a safe, reflective space to realign with your emotional journey. It’s a time to acknowledge your progress, adjust where needed, and feel supported as you continue to move forward in your life.
